The YMCA is committed to making an impact on the health of our community. We believe in taking a holistic approach focusing on spirit, mind and body. As such, members can participate in a wide array of activities that better their health at the YMCA.

Wellness Center – Features Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment, pin-loaded weight equipment, & free weights. Newer to the facility is a strength line offering a more streamlined workout utilizing resistance bands instead of weights. The strength circuit is great for beginners because the machines have few settings but is also advantageous to other members as well.

ActivTrax – ActivTrax is a web-based virtual trainer that allows members to access personalized workouts and nutritional advice tailored to their specific needs.

Group Fitness – For people who prefer to workout in a group setting, we offer 30 classes per week. Our studios feature a floating wood floor that is forgiving on the joints. For a full description of classes offered and times, please the schedule.
